Leading global insurance solutions company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a new team that is responsible for new growth strategies and strategic change.
Working closely with the leadership team, your main responsibilities will include ensuring the validity of business requirements – we want candidates who are prepared to challenge, and ask “Why?” – and running business requirements workshops. As the team grows, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage other BAs in the team.
We are seeking experienced BAs, with broad business acumen, who are truly business-centred. Experience in the insurance industry is a big plus, technical knowledge is useful, as is consulting experience. We are seeking BAs with a customer-focused approach to requirements gathering.
This is an urgent requirement, with a concise assessment process.
