Operations Executive – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Maternity Cover
Client Server are on an exciting path of growth and expansion. We are the leading Technology Recruitment Consultancy, with offices in Sydney and the UK, and plans to further expand globally.
Based out of our modern Sydney CBD office, we are seeking a dedicated, organised and creative Operations Executive to join our tight and nimble team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as a maternity cover. This is a multi-faceted role covering Marketing, Office Administration and Management and Internal Recruitment.
You will be responsible for the execution of the yearly marketing plan including website management, maintain/manage office operations and any additional internal coordination and support as well as Internal Recruitment; a background in recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential as there will be the crucial requirement to continue internal hiring and on boarding of new team members.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in one of the following: marketing, office management, operations
- Proficient in time management and prioritisation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with copy writing – you will be tasked with writing job advertisements
- Understanding of sales and recruitment
- You are driven to succeed and ooze a strong work ethic
- Passionate about processes, organisation and presentation
- Strong attention to detail
