David Leadbitter Associate Director

After nearly five years recruiting technologists and leading a team of talented recruitment consultants at Client Server in London, I now head up Client Server's Australia division.

I am proud of my consultative, personable and conscientious approach to recruitment. My technical recruitment experience includes software development, design and leadership roles in companies ranging from tech-centric start-ups to large financial institutions.

I love building and nurturing teams both internally and for my clients - seeing personal and professional growth in others is very satisfying.

When I'm not working to grow Client Server in Australia I like to play (badly), watch and read about 'the game they play in heaven'!


Rupert Turner Team Lead - Development

Currently working as Client Server Australia’s Development Team Lead, focused on delivering exceptional software engineers across all levels to our clients.

My focus is working with high calibre software engineers across both OO and Functional programming languages and provide them and my clients with a high quality service.

My role involves a mixture of client and candidate management, as well as hiring people for my team.

I also dabble in business development so am constantly looking to interact with hiring managers and build long lasting relationships with people across the industry.

Outside of work, you will find me either on my bike or sipping a well-chilled beer.
