Global software company seeking a talented technical support engineer to join their global support team. You will be based in their North Sydney office and will liaise with Sales, Professional Services and Development teams to assist in providing solutions to a broad range of customer queries.
• 2+ years’ technical support experience
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Basic (or better) networking knowledge
• Ideally knowledge of software development tools and processes e.g. Git, Jenkins, Agile
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• Good communication skills
