You will be providing tier 1 technical support to the Asia customers of this global fintech, which is revolutionising banking technology.  


Demonstrable experience in a tier 1 technical support role, or experience in a technical, client-facing role.

Coding skills in Python or Golang.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
