ASX listed fast growth FinTech company are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer to head their Sydney team and assist in developing a robust, scalable, multi-purpose financial platform.
The work involves Full Stack development using C#, .Net /.Net Core, Angular/React on a microservices architecture hosted on AWS, therefore candidates with 3+ years’ experience in .Net, are highly desirable. You will be working across all systems, using some of the latest Microsoft technologies in a DDD, TDD and BDD environment, and will also use technologies such as SqlServer, Redis and AWS DynamoDb.
This role will best suit someone with a passion for front-end design and who has demonstrable experience developing public facing products. You will combine your passion for leadership and development to motivate and upskill your team taking pride in the work you produce. Maintaining an eagerness to dive into code to produce products and expand the platforms APIs to improve the overall consumability across multiple teams.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a relevant software development role
- Prior experience in leading a software team
- Understanding and strong knowledge of software fundamentals
- Strong work ethic and desire to continuously self-learn
- A test-driven approach
