With the aim to help provide customers with the edge they need to achieve their financial goals, this global online trading company is seeking a talented Support Engineer to join their international Support team. You will be the sole Support Engineer working within Australia, whilst liaising with other engineers abroad, and will provide 1st and 2nd line support through a variety of different means.
In this role you will bring your experience administrating Windows based technologies such as Azure and MS Office 365, to be able to provide IT systems support services across the organization. You will use multifaceted resources to resolve tickets/incidents in a timely manner escalated from the Service Desk via phone, email or in person. You will also contribute to the installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations hardware and software such as Windows 10.
Ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar helpdesk/support role. Experience with Windows Intune, Jira ticketing and Active Directory is desirable but not essential. This opportunity will suit someone who is comfortable working in an autonomous position and who is self-motivated to provide a high degree of customer service to ensure the company continues to provide exceptional service to all customers. This role also provides WFH and flexible work arrangements.
