Are you an experienced Application Support Engineer seeking an opportunity to progress your career and continuously learn on a large-scale modern tech stack? Global online trading company, who aim to help provide customers with the edge to achieve their financial goals and provide trading platforms to a range of finance professionals, are seeking a talented Senior Support Engineer, with MT4 or trading experience, to join their international Support team.
Within this role you will help to support the new technology functions and features promoted by the development team into production and provide application, middleware, and database support, being the first line of assistance for incident response working on the companies 24x5 model. Enabling and improving the global coverage of the Support team to quickly resolve incidents and analyse the root causes of these issues. You will bring your experience working with tight SLAs to effectively problem-solve and meet time sensitive deadlines. You will work with a broad range of technologies so good knowledge and experience with RDBS, Cloud (Azure and AWS) and .Net are highly desirable.
As this role will have an international reach, you will work alongside multiple key stakeholders and will have sound and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
