Senior Application Support Engineer

Role Ideal Requirements:

• Relevant service management experience, ideally supporting multiple different applications.
• Varied experience/knowledge of technologies such as; RDBS, Cloud (Azure and AWS) and .Net are highly desirable.
• Must have basic experience with either MT4 or MT5 platforms or have worked with a trading platform.
• Sound knowledge/demonstrable experience working with tights SLAs

 

As a Senior Support Engineer you will help to support the new technology functions and features promoted by the development team into production and provide application, middleware, and database support. Being the first line of assistance for incident response working on the companies 24x5 model. You will be enabling and improving the global coverage of the Support team to quickly resolve incidents and analyse the root causes of these issues. Therefore you will bring your open mindset and desire to adapt to individual situations and resolve issues within the context of the entire ecosystem and business, to effectively problem-solve and meet time sensitive deadlines.
