Your role will involve placing candidates into existing roles in areas within our Software Engineering/Development team. You will be under the guidance of our Key Account Manager who has 10 years’ experience in the industry, therefore giving you a wealth of knowledge to absorb.
You will be recruiting for clients in a wide range of industries (e.g. financial trading, fintech, tech consultancy, tech start-ups, insurance). You will also contribute to the generation of new business, and have the opportunity to manage key accounts and lead teams in the future.
We have an uncapped commission scheme that rewards high performance, and there is potential for travel to our London office (when normality resumes!).
